We have a plunge pool and a shower for you to cool off after the big sweat. Some fresh fruit and herbal drink are included in our offering.

A really excellent day out combining fun, learning and being in nature.  Luke is a warm, knowledgeable and passionate guide who pitched the day to work for those who already knew a lot and absolute beginners.  He was brilliant at managing the group, checking in with everyone when needed, acknowledging questions whilst keeping the flow and structure of the day.   The food taster at the end was delicious (though not an actual  feast, it was an absolute treat).  A beautiful day spent in a beautiful place, learning more about nature.  Took away both practical knowledge and renewed passion for nature through shared enthusiasm of the group and, of course, Luke.  Really recommend!

Had a fantastic time learning about fungi and searching the wood's floor for mushrooms! For someone that had zero knowledge in mushroom foraging, I came out feeling I could remember key details to identify edible and non edible mushrooms. Great way to also meet other nature enthusiasts and have a lovely walk . Can't wait for part 2 ! Thank you for facilitating Luke.
